I have been taking puori products since they were formerly known as "Pure Pharma". Their products are tested, tried, and true. They are one of they very few companies that attach the "clean label" to all of their products. They just recently reduced the size of their containers (while still offering the same amount of product) in order to help preserve materials in order to help the planet. This product has helped immensly regarding my vitamin D intake. Very small and I take it with a meal daily. Vitamin D supplementation has been shown to improve bone density as well as improve immune health. With eveything going on in the world immune system health is crucial.
